Too difficult doing it on my phone. I was an hour at the location and it never did finish. I had to call customer service to get it done and list an hour of my rental

LAWRENCE PImprove your app took a hour and a half to get the mobile pickup feature to work . Luckily someone was there and could manually do it . Pick place was great uhaul in general was horrible. You guys should of paid me
