Not the agent`s fault. Equipment failed on rental, was checked and working when picked up. Issue was light failure.

The Gentleman at Mount Airy Pawn was very friendly and answered all questions. He got us on the road very quickly. The truck was clean as well as the customer service area.
Charles A.This was not my preferred location and I was transferred here the day before which was 15 miles from my reserved location; they did not have the utility dolly that I had reserved. When I complained to U-Haul customer service that I had to load a 26' truck without a dolly and that it added a lot more loading hours to my day, they offered to give me a $12 gift certificate (the cost of the dolly) to use on a future rental; I “politely†refused it.
