this trailer has an extremely heavy Toung. once the trailer is loaded its impossible to disconnect and reconnect without a jack. this trailer needs to outfitted with a crank to raise and lower as needed.

KEVIN BBad customer service. Guy acted like we were disturbing him. He even tried to ask my 69 yr old mom to move the truck where he wanted it. He did end up doing it himself.
