I had book at a different pickup and then was notified that that the truck wasn’t available!!! Drove to another location that was not convenient (busy downtown) and wanted different size truck so found something bigger than needed but paid the extra cost and the location there and service was great..,,not there fault.

Paul TWas charged for an extra day after reaching out to support and having the reservation changed. I understand U-Haul not wanting to be accommodating for free, but they should have mentioned there was extra fees associated to changing the drop off day/time. Guy working was great tho and only made us pay one extra day instead of two.
