Re-train the young girl that worked at the check-in desk on 12/1/18 @ 9AM; she is sorely lacking in regards to basic workplace, social/business & communication skills. She was very RUDE and had a NASTY attitude! She treated me (a paying customer) as if she was doing me a favor by allowing me to rent a truck that I'd already reserved a few days prior. I was 2 hours late picking up the truck due to circumstances beyond my control. She refused to extend my return time of 6PM an extra hour citing that the truck had to be available for others who may want to rent the truck. My return time was 6PM; the store closes at 7PM on Saturday. Was someone going to rent that truck between the hours of 6PM & 7PM? Highly unlikely! My rating for this location is based solely on my interaction with this girl; other personnel I dealt with were cordial and conducted themselves in a business like manner.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for about 5 mins, Alfred was not customer service friendly, he never looked at me while I was asking questions, he was very short with answers, no smile, no greeting after I said good afternoon, later I spoke with DeAntonio he to asked if i had received the tow dolly he explained that Alfred did not close out the ticket and he was fairly new, Alfred never fully explained to me how to secure my vehicle to the tow dolly, I had to call back to Uhaul to get answers to my questions, he charged me for a utility dolly that I thought I had reserved, I have not received my receipt after returning the truck on Saturday, full tank of gas and 2 miles left from the 477 that I was quoted, I just need a closed out receipt. the power wen out after had been waiting 15 minutes I had to go track someone down in the back help us during that time the power went out. The staff did not know what to do, come to find out the manager was the one in back I had to find! The customer is very poor at this location the one on summer is great I did not realize my location was changed due to inventory the girls were helpful on summer to get us to the right location. I realize with the power outage will mess things up but it was before the power went out it was poor. The girl at the front desk that got there late got on here phone after I had already called into the 800 number for help the whole process was poor. upon returning there was very little room for parking the van because there was several returned trucks blocking the parking lot the line to check in was long only one person was working. I still have not received my email with my receipt.

Initially the wrong trailer was reserved, then the trailer wiring was damaged. Next, I was blocked in from being able to exit the yard due to being blocked by a truck an employee pulled out for a customer to pick up and parked blocking exit.

Dantonio, who says he is the owner and a young lady there have absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever. Not one time did anyone say hello, can I help you, thank you, etc. I have gone there 2-3 times. My fault. I should have went to another location after the first time I was treated rudely. On another note, they did there job, but are just not very nice or likrable. I am a very outgoing friendly individual, so I guess I kind of expect to be treated how I treat people at my business.

This truck must have come from a different location. I rent often, but don't remember this one. I hope to never have to rent it again. It is very hard to turn on the ignition --very hard. I dreaded it every time it was necessary. This UHaul location is the BEST. Their trucks are always clean and run well and their customer service is great.

My reservations were not fulfilled.... I was over charged twice.... when I called the 1800 uhaul customer service number, I was told that they are irrelevant and don’t control the decisions being made at the individual locations... Never had a bad experience with uhaul before, but I will hire movers for my next move... Not happy at all...

The truck would not start had hard time cranking it up and it was pulling also the fuel hand stayed on full and I guess it was broke ,cause when I returned it the manager said I had to pay for 2gallon of gas ,I had to pay cash for the short uhaul and it was 100 bucks they said I went 4 miles over the limit the truck was only 20$ and 14 for insurance and I still didn't get any change and it was only a dollar for each additional mile I wouldn't recommend that location was very disappointed

I called the 800 u-haul number to find a location near my new home they had to message the store to have them call me. No one called. I called many times to get information on the drop off site but my messages were not returned. It was only when I called someone in a higher position within U-haul that I finally started to get a response.

The cab of the truck was nasty with tons of stains and sticky stuff everywhere. The inside of the truck also leaked water onto my furniture.

I needed to rent a truck and a storage unit on October 14. The online website would not let me rent anything until the 15th but the location was open on the 14th and this was at 9 o’clock in the morning. I called the national number to make a reservation in the storage unit was correct but the reservation for the truck was made in Ohio which makes zero sense. Why would I drive 900 miles to rent a truck that I need in Memphis Tennessee? I think it came down to not listening to the customer. When I had the truck, Ohio location called me complaining that I had not picked up my truck yet. We got it squared away but this could have been avoided if the customer service representative did her job
