It wasn’t the customer service, the truck ran ok and the air was excellent. The only issue I had was the driver door didn’t open properly and the weather stripping was falling back and yas l was driving

Ms. Sonya, Uhaul Rep, was great. She needs a raise. She was trying to check out customers at the grocery store, cut meat, and assist me with my Usual pickup and return. Too much for one person. The system went down. She was constantly calling her supervisor for assistance/approval. I request a full refund. This was a very frustrating, exhausting, stressful, difficult experience. Plus I had no transportation and used Lyft for transportation incurring additional fees of $60!

Bridgette OIt depends. This location was not the one that was scheduled, and the time was changed also. But to the credit of the vendor, everything that could be done from their end they tried. The Uhaul computer glitch completely messed up everything that could be messed up
