Ms. Sonya, Uhaul Rep, was great. She needs a raise. She was trying to check out customers at the grocery store, cut meat, and assist me with my Usual pickup and return. Too much for one person. The system went down. She was constantly calling her supervisor for assistance/approval. I request a full refund. This was a very frustrating, exhausting, stressful, difficult experience. Plus I had no transportation and used Lyft for transportation incurring additional fees of $60!

Trunck need maintenance no

Bridgette OIt depends. This location was not the one that was scheduled, and the time was changed also. But to the credit of the vendor, everything that could be done from their end they tried. The Uhaul computer glitch completely messed up everything that could be messed up
Randall PThis was a convenient store. The attendant was friendly but she was trying to assist me and other customers at the same time. My wait time was over 20 minutes. Additionally, the owner or the Manger was rude and disrespectful. This is not a place I will ever frequent again.
