I reserved a 10' ft truck with a guaranteed availability, however, gave a 15' instead at a higher price! I was never notified of the change! I did not have the time to look for another 10' ft truck because I had to clear out my in-laws apartment that day. I will look at other companies in the future.
BOBBY LThe lady that was working at the store was extremely unprofessional. The only saving grace was there was a Uhaul representative onsite when I picked up to help me. Please close this location.
MICHAEL DTo improve the location should have more then (1) $19.95 truck,other then that it is an extra location to rent uhauls. The associates are very nice and helpful.
