Additional charge of $25 for cleaning and it was cleaned prior to going back. Also overcharged for mileage. Also, something wrong with that vehicle wouldn’t go over 30 miles an hour without lots of noise. We never use those folks again and possibly not U-Haul

DEREK KTruck still had debris from the previous renter. Dollies were extremely worn down. I was only given one of the two furniture dollies i needed because they had already rented one out despite the fact i had reserved 2 ahead of time. I was charged a $90 missing equipment fee for a furniture dolly that I placed in the office TWO FEET AWAY from the desk. When I contacted them to question it, i was told they would refund my card, which has still not happened
