When I went to pick up my truck, they didn't have it. They actually gave it to somebody else. They told me to go someplace out to get a truck. So I did that place gave me a truck told me. It has a quarter of a tank of gas left when I got in it, drove off it had less than a quarter of a tank and I ran out of gas. Seven miles away on a major highway in the middle of that major highway. I will never use U-Haul again. And if anybody asks for my recommendation, I will tell them to go someplace else and not to use u haul, you people are disgusting.

While the location had my reservation and correct equipment, it was unusual that it was located inside a nursery on a dirt road in the middle of farm land. The nursery employee was very pleasant. There was no walk around inspection. They just took my info, my card, and gave me keys. No explanation of the vehicle systems.
