If I have to use roadside assistance because there’s something wrong with the trailer and I also paid for liability insurance why would you charge me extra money? If your tech your company decided the vehicle was unsafe to drive and took it away. It doesn’t make any sense to charge me $1100. When the problem with the trailer has nothing to do with me. I have no control over that. it just seems very unfair and what’s the point of paying for insurance if there’s a problem and you call roadside assistance and they can’t fix it they just take the car away or the trailer away. How was that my fault I would’ve gladly waited for the vehicle to be repaired or the trailer to be repaired and then drive the trailer back to the location, drop off location, but that option was not given to me. I wasn’t even told that I would be charged an extra expense for them taking the trailer away from me. That’s not fair either. I wish I told about the extra expense because the trailer was no longer drivable. I was not told that the trailer will be repaired and that I could drive it back. Those things were not even options on the table. Things weren’t explained to me properly.

NATHANIELJOHN RI really liked dealing with the staff. They were all kind and courteous. They made good on the missing dolly and pads that were missing out of the truck.
BRENDA GI would like a refund. Pickup location was changed to further away less than 12 hours before pickup. there were no dolly’s available. I reserved a total of 3 and there wasn’t enough moving blankets per my reservation.
