Very poor experience. I spent the first two days struggling to pick up my reserved moving truck. I repeatedly went to the location because I was told the truck was ready, but when I arrived, it was not available. After multiple delays and wasted time, I was eventually sent to a different location outside of town to pick up a different truck than the one I had originally reserved. The alternate location was a greenhouse rather than a standard rental facility, which made the experience even more confusing. This situation caused unnecessary stress, delays, and extra travel during my move. A reservation should guarantee that the requested equipment is available at the agreed location and time. I am very disappointed with the service and believe I should receive compensation or a refund for the inconvenience and time lost.

Sylina NIf I have to use roadside assistance because there’s something wrong with the trailer and I also paid for liability insurance why would you charge me extra money? If your tech your company decided the vehicle was unsafe to drive and took it away. It doesn’t make any sense to charge me $1100. When the problem with the trailer has nothing to do with me. I have no control over that. it just seems very unfair and what’s the point of paying for insurance if there’s a problem and you call roadside assistance and they can’t fix it they just take the car away or the trailer away. How was that my fault I would’ve gladly waited for the vehicle to be repaired or the trailer to be repaired and then drive the trailer back to the location, drop off location, but that option was not given to me. I wasn’t even told that I would be charged an extra expense for them taking the trailer away from me. That’s not fair either. I wish I told about the extra expense because the trailer was no longer drivable. I was not told that the trailer will be repaired and that I could drive it back. Those things were not even options on the table. Things weren’t explained to me properly.
