Location is very close. People are friendly . Dropped of the vehicle right before 11:00 am. Our return time was 11:15 am. Employee took the keys from us and told us he would handle the checkout and we were free to leave . Received a receipt confirmation at 12:09 pm. We were double charged because the employee checked us out over an hour later after we dropped the vehicle off. We could not do the checkout through the app as the area as poor cell phone service. Received an email three days ago that the employee made a mistake because he was busy and notified management. Three days later no refund or confirmation. Multiple phone calls with the local U-Haul office. Now have to open and file a dispute with Chase Bank. Do not leave until you have an actual confirmation from Uhauk.

Dasean JThe app was good! The pick up went smoothly and with no changes or cancellations, so it was great too! But the drop off was a bit questionable. When we got there in the Menifee location to drop the rental, the gate was closed with no instructions on leaving the rental outside the locked gate and no instructions from the rental pick up. Someone, a very nice worker from inside the field came, and kindly called someone who instructed us to drop the key in the box, leave the rental outside the locked gate, and that someone was going to clear the rental next day. I was concerned but it all worked out well at the end! I received my receipt next morning and I was happy! Thank you!
