The pullout ramp came fully pulled out of the whole truck, almost landing on my foot and breaking my foot inside. The cab was dirty.
JUSTIN HThe entire return experience (after hours) was a complete nightmare.. I had flashbacks to when I sold my home thru Open Door...(excessive picture taking), drop box. The haul app SUCKS.
BRIAN CVery comfortable experience. Polite associate quick return. My paperwork said I was to return the truck at one place but I missed a text during the move telling me to return it elsewhere. However the associate said here I was to return it originally took steps to return to the original drop off location, I was very pleased with him for doing that, I didn’t want to have to go elsewhere.
