system was down so I was 1 hour late to where I needed to be. The key was not in my uhaul which further delayed getting me started. The right rear view mirror was loose making it difficult to drive. There was no gas in the tank when I got it. It was on empty. I did call to get my time extended and was granted 24 hours free of charge. But the entire experience was very frustrating
