Johnny MYour lady at the front desk on the day that we picked up our vehicle, was named Barbara. The computer systems were down or working very very slowly. Barbara did an excellent job in resolving the situation by using her iPhone. She is an excellent representative of your company. I would suggest giving her a raise for the quality and level of expertise she shown. Very professional.
