There was a problem with my truck rental. When refueling I had to add fuel at a trickle rate or else it would just stop taking fuel. Like there was a kink in the hose going to the fuel tank..it took an additional 10-15 minutes just to refuel each of the 3 times I had to add gas..it would have been nice to get some compensation back..but I guess it wasn't an inconvenience for them.. Ill hit up Penske next time.. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THAT PROBLEM AND NOT PASS THE PROBLEM TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER.
Martin MSkyview was amazing! However, the Uhaul on MLK that I scheduled the reservation with was horrid! The female worker was rude, on her cell phone while a long line started, dismissive to customers and uncourteous when confronted on her actions. Will not book there again. She then started trash talking the Skyview location which i had wonderful service at.
