Was charged for fuel when I returned it with the same amount of fuel the vehicle had when it was given to me. Also, I was charged $128+ for a basically 1 day of rental and not many miles. I believe that’s a little steep.

This had to the worst experience I have ever had with a single company. I was never advised that if you are renting after hours you need to references. It was already 8:30 and when I tried to pick the truck up when I added my references and tried to be verified the system said it did not work. Keep in mind I was already at the location and should have been notified before so I could have done this earlier in the day. I was then instructed to call the live number verification and when I did i was told I needed to do it through the app. I explained to the person on the phone the reason I was calling was because the app told me to call. It then proceeded to take 45 minutes on the phone to get verified with the representative on the phone. I personally would never recommend Uhaul as a company.

MARK FThere was a problem with my truck rental. When refueling I had to add fuel at a trickle rate or else it would just stop taking fuel. Like there was a kink in the hose going to the fuel tank..it took an additional 10-15 minutes just to refuel each of the 3 times I had to add gas..it would have been nice to get some compensation back..but I guess it wasn't an inconvenience for them.. Ill hit up Penske next time.. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THAT PROBLEM AND NOT PASS THE PROBLEM TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER.
