Skyview was amazing! However, the Uhaul on MLK that I scheduled the reservation with was horrid! The female worker was rude, on her cell phone while a long line started, dismissive to customers and uncourteous when confronted on her actions. Will not book there again. She then started trash talking the Skyview location which i had wonderful service at.

Barbara did an excellent job in resolving the situation by using her iPhone. She is an excellent representative of your company. I would suggest giving her a raise for the quality and level of expertise she shown. Very professional.
