I recently had my appointment with a different Uhale in merced ca The company was U-hale of merced very unprofessional they didn't call me to let me know my truck hasn't arrived yet from another customer I called to verify i was ready for Saturday thats when I was told the night before my pick up customer still hasn't arrived but my truck will be there at 9:15am Saturday 5/2/2026 unfortunately it wasn't there i had to go to another location and that was your company very nice lady but wasn't told I had to bring this truck back to your company I was dropping it off to the closet uhale company and the employee there on Wednesday morning 5/6/2026 from uhale of merced made my husband move the truck to a different location in the lot just to tell me we couldn't leave it there had to back to your company the two employee were very rude no customer service my husband had to back the truck out of the lot for the second time we were both running late for work this drop off was inconvenient for the both of us

The first place couldn’t honor my reservation so I was sent to this location. I didn’t even know they existed but I am glad that I found out about them. The lady was extremely helpful and nice. I will be renting from them now on, even tho it’s out of my way

RHONDA CI am happy that I found this place online. I was in desperate need of a U-Haul but every single U-Haul place nearby and from the nearest towns were closed during the weekends. Fortunately, I found Skyview Mini Storage and they are open M-F 9:00-5:00. I definitely recommend them for your U-Haul needs.
