It's too far out of the way. Dangerous making a left hand turn. In general worst experience ever. Made reservation for the site on MLK, the truck was not available, waited for a while, but it was not returned from the other customer on time. I was sent to another site out of the way, which put us behind schedule and we lost our movers. Instead of 6 we only had 3 of us left to do all the work. I just had hand surgery 3 days before, a 71 year old and only one healthy person.We had a deadline to get everything out of the house and not enough time left. It was extremely difficult and a nightmare. I tried to return the truck to the original location and was told "No." I had to the location that was out of the way and was sent there through no fault of our own. You think there would be an exception after the inconvenience and difficulties we were put through. Not Avery good customer service by the person on the phone.

TAOFEEK QAfter loading the truck and getting on the highway the check engine light came on. After I filled the truck with gas you could smell gas more than you should, my wife was following me and said every time I turned there was gas running out from under the truck. The next day the check gas cap light came on. Also the truck has a vibration in the front end over 70 mph. Both locations were fine and the truck did make it from CA to WY, but it could use better maintenance.
