Arrived at 10am and no one was there. There was a drop box saying to turn in via website. Website failed 3 times to accept pics of odometer and gas gauge. Website never did confirm turn in was complete. Lot is not secure and was uncomfortable leaving van and no confirmation. $400 rental doesn't get the service it use to.
