Everything went very smoothly and by reserving and checking in online we picked up the van in a matter of minutes. The van was clean, and I greatly appreciated the back up camera in the rear view mirror! That was a new feature since the last time I rented a van/truck. Would definitely rent from this location again should the need arise. Thank you!

I am not pleased with how much I was charged for fuel. I took photographs of the gas/odometer before I left and when I returned. I only traveled 35 miles total and was charged $42.50 for this. I was told that I used a quarter of a tank of gas, which my photographs will show is inaccurate. I have filed to contest these charges and am hoping for a partial refund for the gasoline charges.

Representative did not match the décor, he was professional, & dry not good for a front counter person, it was like talking to a wall, feed back and I was very upset arriving to this office. I was directed from Northwest off of Amherst Street Nashua, to go here for a 15' after finding out U-Haul texted a land line phone and being told they did not have the 26' truck unless I went to Lowell Mass., to p/up. Synergy representative, although not responsible, could of been more sympathetic,. considering he is representing the U-Haul company at the front desk, and sometimes people who are moving their life are not having a good experience with it....all heck happens no matter how you plan a move he should realize this and be more responsive than a wet dishrag.

We had a problem checking in because the Uhaul mobile app prevented the salesman from doing it for me because I had clicked on the app and started the process, and the app prevented me from checking in because we got stuck on the referral person. The salesman had to cancel the whole thing and start over to complete the process.

I wasn’t fully explained how the billing worked. I was told I had upto so many days and miles to get to my one way destination. Not that I will be charged that amount regardless if I took less days and miles. I expected to be charged my actual days and miles.



Charged me for gas that was in the truck, charged me a cleaning fee for a spotless truck. Charged me 2 late fees when I was 1 day late

One thing I was not happy about was the change in drop off location. When I reserved my vehicle I chose a drop off location in Nashua and when I picked it up they said I was dropping off in Merrimack, adding 20 minutes to my trip.

I reserved a truck to be picked up close to my home (3 miles away). In less I than 24hts before the agreed time I called UHaul to confirm everything was set up and I was sent to pick up a truck in a place very far from my home (35 miles away). In the end, I also was charged for these additional mileage.

Everything great except van side door does not stay open when parked on hill. This could be a safety issue if someone was in the door when open.

The mobile pick up service was very disorganized. It should have asked me when I booked the uhaul for both my and the primary driver's license information if that's what was needed. Simialrly, they should have asked for both photos of our licenses/selfies up front rather than having the customer service representative call us to tell us to do it over again with both. Also, I was asked by the representative to send certain pictures and then I wouldn't hear from her for several minutes and then she'd request the same things again. Then I got an irritated phone call telling me I'm not sending the right thing. I checked the transcript and I sent exactly what she asked me for. If it went as it was supposed to, it should have taken 5-10 minutes to pick up. Instead it took over 30 minutes.

Truck was parked out back, had to pull out of a parallel parking space, would have been nice to have it pulled out front ready to go. Also the trucks alignment was off, would pull to the right as I was driving
