Terrible and dirty. Everytime we pressed the brakes the Uhual made internal noises. We thought it wasn’t going to make it to the location. The cabin was filthy, the exterior windshield was extremely dirty. It wasn’t a good experience at all.

Scott RI was 1 hour late on a Sunday with all the trucks in the lot ( not rented) ACE hardware charged me more for the late fee than what I payed for a days rent.
