Business was locked up with nobody there for 40 min after my reservation. Truck had dry dirt all over the front cab.

Lorena TAll trailers should come equipped with a safety pin, this shouldn't have to be customer supplied. Most renters will likely not know it's missing.
BRIAN FThe U-Haul app offered me a $33 discount if I would switch my selected drop-off location. I did so but yet I did not see the discount reflected on the bill. Also, $18 tax on a ~$130 charge is egregious. I know U-Haul doesn’t control the tax, but there should be a warning about a predatory tax like that.
