Key directions weren’t even in tact to how it should be been done. Waited 2 hrs to get the keys eventually, waited 30 mins for customer service to answer the call. Whole time cashier of the gas station had the keys ? Ridiculous experience . Yes i was offered a 50 dollar discount , but that doesn’t excuse the lack of organization nor compensate my time loss there waiting to access the keys.

Steven wIt was a gas station and confusing a little
KATIE HSent to one location to pickup truck but keys were not left in truck. Sent to another location and no dolly was in truck. Sent to yet another location to pickup dolly. Upon returning truck, I was charged for going over mileage! Had I not been sent to multiple locations because of equipment errors, I wouldn’t have gone over the mileage allotment!
