This Uhaul truck felt like it would break down any minute. Seems like it has so many mechanical issues. The brakes are extremely bad and dangerous. Please change them before anyone else drives it. I drove it less than 10 miles and turned it in four hours early and I was still charged extra money.

John VKey directions weren’t even in tact to how it should be been done. Waited 2 hrs to get the keys eventually, waited 30 mins for customer service to answer the call. Whole time cashier of the gas station had the keys ? Ridiculous experience . Yes i was offered a 50 dollar discount , but that doesn’t excuse the lack of organization nor compensate my time loss there waiting to access the keys.
DEREK Mthe online experience was total joke
