The general manager, a woman with red hair has helped me the last two times Iâ€™ve come to this specific location. She is always helpful, friendly and funny. Please if sheâ€™s up for a raise or promotion..please give it to her, Iâ€™m sure she deserves it. She can get the praise from me!

The two computers were down. The employee was cursing. The first words out of her mouth that I heard were "You gotta bring. What the fuck. Awe shit". I write it down immediately to tell my wife about it. Luckily none of my 3 young kids heard it. My 6 year old came in 2 minutes later and could hsve easily heard it. Two people were in front of me that required manual processing. Everybody was frustrated that it was taking so long. 3 people behind me in line were also frustrated. Took 30 minutes to get my truck from the time I arrived. The lady in front of me came back in and said she needed some air in her tires. The check-out lady called over her walkie talkie for an employee to help her. She went back out and came back in after a few minutes and said nobody ever came to her. Walkie talkie again. Another guy came in and asked if he could just book online to speed up the process with his mobile app for U-Haul, the lady responded that it didn't matter since all systems were down anyways. Really, this experience was just horrible. There were plenty of trucks though. Just not easily accessible.
I think it was bad luck, that the van I got assigned by the phone pickup system turned out to have a number of mechanical issues. The location itself was OK, with the exception of the toilet facilities - no toilet tissues or soap...
I I love the staff and management. They allways ready to satisfied customers needs. I love this u-haul branch.

The female working took over an hour and a half to help 6 customers who were in front of me. She took personal phone calls what seemed like every thirty minutes, and was not pleasant to deal with. One of the worst customer experiences i have ever dealt with.

Location didn't have the trailer I reserved for the second time
I visited on Saturday, Feb 8, 2020, after 2 pm. This is my second experience at this location, and I feel the employees are very unprofessional. The staff was loud and rude. There was only one cashier, and the other employee assigned outside was missing in action. The appearance of the outside young man is unprofessional( pants hanging down, Hoodie). Please retrain these employees in customer service, so you will not lose more customers.
Fix the horrible wheels on the dollies that are rented out at the rate of 10.00 per day. Also place those HIDDEN FEES FOR GAS AND SERVICE a LOT more visible. It does not say how much Uhaul charges per gallon nor does it discuss the amount of the fee. I learned about it when I returned. Don't keep your hidden fees a secret. BE BOLD AND UPFRONT ABOUT THE CHARGES.. IT LOOKS BAD . i'M just one person with one opinion but if you did't want it don't send links asking about my service. That is All. Worker was unprofessional, did not try to understand and answer my questions!! Rudely and disrespectfully put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I was trying to get a understanding as to why one day was placed on my order, the only thing I couldnâ€™t not do with my account is spend over $500 ah day so my card will decline. I was trying to get a understanding and the different payments that I was getting charged for because I assumed they put my order for atleast two days, I never agreed to settle for one day of the rental!! I couldâ€™ve have gotten 2 Days thatâ€™s what I asked for after I couldnâ€™t get the three days. Now I was trying to get a understanding with the worker because they never told me it only allowed one day or that she put it for one day, and I didnâ€™t look at the contract to many unprofessional distractions in your work place. I thought on my behalf that I made a mistake and had mixed my days up...... I was getting to let the worker know that and ask what can I exactly do instead she cut me off disrespected me and hung up in my face and I donâ€™t tolerate that and Iâ€™m sure your head owner donâ€™t either! So I ask for action or I will call my lawyer because regardless of my mistake she was suppose to take that time out and explain that better and tell me what I can do to get myself out of the mistake. I have my work equipment in the van and I donâ€™t know what to do because she rudely hung up and disrespected me, and sent the email to save herself but no thatâ€™s not right thatâ€™s terrible customer service I donâ€™t know what to do with my equipment in correspondence of the email and Iâ€™m afraid to even call and deal with that Lady my God she really hurt me mentally because she donâ€™t know what a person got going on around them to be so vulgar and disrespectful if thereâ€™s no action Iâ€™ll call my Lawyer Earl Higgs Jr and make Something happen because the statement she made she donâ€™t even know me from a can of paint probably going through or been through the same struggles and by my working on my Black Unity Movement there will be a statement made behind this. So i donâ€™t know how to take care of my order at the moment the email donâ€™t tell me much. I return tomorrow to Miami.
