Screen the workers that check the Uhaul when returning it, the guy that checked my Uhaul in told me I didn't have enough gas in the truck in which I did because i can clearly see it, he went on to say he'll let them charge me extra but if I give him $5 he'll but done that it's the correct gas not only did he do this to me but several ppl behind me in line complained about the same experience with the worker I was one of them that gave him $5 because i wasn't gone to be charged a extra $17 in something for no reason. It's sad how ppl try to get over in life I've visited this location several times in the past never have i experienced this.

They tried to charge me for an extra day! When I rental the truck, I was told to bring it back TUESDAY morning by the lady that rented it to me because they would be closed Monday due to the storm. I brought the vehicle back at 7:30ish am on Tuesday morning and was told I would be charged an extra day. I told them what I was told, but this other lady said I could have brought it back and just parked it like some others had done. I said again. I did what I was told to do. So, finally, a man said that they would not charge me the extra day. I was unable to get any receipt confirmation because the electricity was off in the building. You need to have all you employees getting on one accord. Very, very frustrating experience!

very nice and concern and they help me with the trailer with no problem ..NOT TO MENTION the reason why i can=me to this location cause the other location was close and didn't even contact the customers to let them know so after waiting for 3 hours for the other location to open i finally googled a customer service REP. and was giving this location

When a customer has a reservation you do not give away their reserved truck cause it's during a hurricane. That is the reason I went online to reserve to make sure one was available. I arrived at 10:38 for a 11:00am pick up to be told I need to take a cargo van instead of the pick up I requested. I needed a open cab due to the item's height I was moving. I was very disappointed with this entire experience. It was stressful enough dealing with the preparations for hurricane and to have this unnecessary stress regarding a reservation. Not pleased at all??????

Never ever again! Not only was the experience horrible with customer service, but the van was bug and roach infested. Waited almost an hour to get checked and obtain the rental. Hostile environment, lack of urgency, lack of customer service, rude staff, careless of your time. Definitely need retraining in the sense of urgency and customer service skills. I would never, ever go back. Would rather pay more and have a peace of mind else were.

The customer service agent was late to work, then when she did show up she was yelling and cussing. She was also wearing a pink tank top which was perplexing because we could not understand if you worked there or not. And then she was also very rude and seemed like she hated her job. And then kept telling us that my car insurance will not cover the U-Haul even though my car insurance said that they would.

This was a very unprofessional and disorganized location. What is worse when I complained about having to return to the site three times due to not being provided what I had reserved AND having to wait two hours to come back the third time for a tow dolly which still had a flat tire AND then being overcharged for this tow dolly, the only compensation I received was a refund of the overcharged amount. Moving is a stressful and time sensitive event. Uhaul employees wasted hours of my time, pointed fingers at the company and each other regarding unfulfilled reservations and were generally unhelpful.

I was accredited a voucher for $50 after overpaying for a rental during a previous move (in 2014). The e-mail containing the voucher was very unprofessional with misspelling and without any terms or conditions. I tried to use the voucher during a recent move (2017) and was told that the credit would be applied when the vehicle was returned. Unfortunately, at the time of the vehicle return I was told that the voucher expired. I was then instructed to call the corporate 1-800 number. I proceeded to spend 20 minutes on hold just to again be told that the voucher expired, but there was "nothing they could do about it." This company's policies and procedures are flawed. Terms and Conditions (including expiration dates) need to be included with any vouchers or agreements. Also when considering expiration dates it should be considered that many individuals are not moving as frequently as every 2 years. In addition, customer service was not helpful or efficient. Calls should not last for 20 minutes and supervisors should be available to talk with customers. Aside from the multiple issues this company has as a whole. The vehicle was dirty and had a putrid smell. I was unable to drive without the windows completely open.

when I picked up the truck the ladie that helped me every fast and organized. the truck still has boxes from the previous use. but I didn't mind it wasn't in my way or bothered me. but on sunday when I went to return the person scheduled to work The decided it was bring your boyfriend to work day. she arrived late couldn't open the door and since she couldn't open the door had me drive around the property to the other gate she could open and stayed in the car for another 10 mins talking with her boyfriend as more and more people came in. And one of the other works look like they just had woken up still wearing his sleeping shirt and flip flops and his short hanging down pass his butt. he's a grown man I don't wanna have to see anyone's butt he's not 4 years old unnecessary and unprofessional.

8/17/2017 Experience at pick up receptionist failed to tell me what I did after I received my key at 5:43pm. Thought I had to find my own truck. Then had a nasty verbal altercation in front of my 11 year old daughter with lamont, man assigned to turn truck over to me. I sent my daughter into the store, I didn't want her to experience that. She wanted to cry. Foul language was used after she went inside from both him and I. Lamont had the nerve to act the way he did in front of my daughter!! I almost lost it yesterday with Lamont. He noticed how upset he made me. Just completely horrible experience from the gate. 8/18/17 When i returned my truck waiting almost 15-20 minutes for someone to check me in i began to explain my previous day experience and how horrible it was to the clerk shavania when another male worker walks in insulting her right on the sales floor for me to hear his nasty rude remarks made towards her. She had to pull him to the back and ask him not to speak to her in that way. That's when an argument insued. He ignored her request, he was even more aggressive after she pulled him to the back. Saying that she doesn't do shit but sit down in a very loud almost yelling tone. He said that he is busy And that I had to wait. Or her fat ass can get up and check me in aswell. Terrible way how this man can speak to a woman. After he left back outside She apologized and asked me to excuse this kind of behavior displayed right in front of and treated me with so much courtesy and respect their forward. After i got my receipt I got out fast. Receptionist name Shavania I think. 8/18/17

Su Sistema web enredo y me hizo perder mucho tiempo. Me dan una localizacion y luego me llaman para decirme otra. Cuando voy a retirar el vehiculo me no aparece y dice que es en otra localizacion diferente. Al regresar la unidad donde dice el programa el personal me dice que no sabe nada que es en otro sitio. Self-pick up not available at location. The drop-off app wouldn't work. Charged for fuel even though their own gauge report shows it was returned with same amt gas sent out with. Also took own photos. Doesn't comply with or operate consistent with Uhaul policies and services.
