Hermes was great at communicating and replying to all my questions, the long hair guy too. I didn’t get his name
MATTHEW RI was told there was a customer waiting so I returned the truck without stopping for gas on the way. It didn’t matter because I only went 10 miles and the gas gauge did not move yet I was charged for using 2 gallons. There was no customer waiting when I arrived and based on the gas charges, I now believe I was mislead about that too. It is unfortunate because the location was convenient but I will not use it again.
