I don't recommend anyone go to that location, but whoever does, be careful when renting a car and check everything, so they don't try to scam with the mileage like they did to me.
OSMEL PI have used your services several times in the past few months, and this is the first time I have received a truck without air conditioning, which the representative did not inform me about. Additionally, I used the truck at night, and the interior light in the cargo area was not working, which made my work very difficult as I couldn't see anything. I am quite disappointed with the service on this occasion.

jose jThe cargo van I received was very dirty inside. There was dirt on the floorboards as well as the in the cargo area. It had empty water bottles and a water cap on the floor. I was given the the van was less than 1/4 tank left. Luckily I didn’t have to drive the van too far , about 7 blocks. On my way to the gas station the gas signal turned on. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the brakes but when I would put the car in reverse it made a really loud noise. I was overcharged for the mileage and I was charged a cleaning fee when the van was obviously not clean when I picked it up.
