Issue : • The side mirror keeps getting misaligned, and I couldn’t see anything on the right. And every time I adjusted it, it would get misaligned again. • The tire is flat, so I can’t read the mileage and it stays like that even after adding air. When I picked up the vehicle, I was supposed to note the mileage on the dashboard, but I couldn’t find it. I realized it had been replaced by a warning message about a low tire pressure. I went back to speak to the staff member, who refused to deal with the issue by replacing the vehicle (even though several were available in the parking lot). He told me it was past 6 a.m., that he could cancel the rental but no replacement… but I had just picked up the truck. Someone did put air back in the tire, but the warning message remained, and the tire was still deflated during my trip. Not secure. On top of that, a charge for fuel level not fair and I got charged $9, but less important than the tire and side mirror. ==> Usually we have no issue but this time was not a good day.
