When I arrived KC said I could not return the truck there. But my contract listed that as the site for return, and was my selected sire. I was told I was TxTed a return location charge to Edmonton, KY. This would be a 20 added mile drive. I called U Haul and they changed the return back to KC. No reason for the change was given. Both of these problems are not positive for future rental use.

BARRY CDollies need repair before next rental. Appliance Dollie’s should be maintained to be ability in a smaller individual and wheels that dont turn easily is very difficult up and down stairs but thank you for having an available item needed for a last minute move
