Truck was literally infested with roaches in the front cabin. Also, the store clerks were very unprofessional and rude while trying to sort out the rental.

The truck was in a terrible state. You cannot move the mirrors to adapt them to your view (I am 5 feet tall and needed to move the seat forward and couldn’t see next to the truck with the mirrors) and the passenger seatbelt has a death wish! It keeps tightening every time you press on the gas or brake pedals. You need to take it off to loosen it every couple minutes.

Regina WThere are absolutely NO signs indicating where the U-Haul drop-off is. All that's there is a gas station. Furthermore, the attendant had horrible communication skills.
