The staff the location overall was beyond amazing, However the vehicle itself yes, it was clean spic and span. However, when it came to the engine and the reliability of the vehicle, it was a disaster. The vehicle cut off on me two times. I believe it’s have a transmission problem with that. The gear is not shifting. It does like a jump I am thankful that I had my husband with me to assist, but also I thank God that I was not going out of town with this vehicle because I would have been stranded and rather or not you have your husband your kids someone who’s knowledge about the vehicle you shouldn’t have to experience something like this moving is already stressful but car trouble is just a disaster

Elvio VReduce rental fee. Also truck's windshield was dirty, not good visibility. Brakes seems low. Needs replacement pads or something. Air Conditioning not working at all! Rented the truck in Miami and it was scorching! Truck had Arizona tag may that is the reason.
