Make it easy to not have the moving blankets and/or dolly attached to the truck walls if they aren't wanted. We had to remove the bag of blankets and dolly to get them out of the way for loading, then had to argue that we didn't use or want the blankets (we did end up using the dolly, and were happy to pay the 7$ for that). The manager and employees were all understanding and helpful, the system just added time and hassle.

The guy who took my keys upon my return was rude and disrespectful has no business working.has no customer service makes the company look bad told me I had no common sense to know about the $25.00 cleaning fee when he didn't even check the truck when I returned even though I asked him to.he said their was nothing to check

Great location to rent a uhaul truck! Right off the Turnpike and Quail Roost Drive. Brand new storage facility with climate controlled units and a great on-site property manager. I will definitely go their again and highly recommend it!!
