The phone number provided never worked. I went to deliver the trailer back at around 440 pm on Tuesday (12th) and there was nobody at the office. It had a sign stating 24 drop off location. I just dropped the trailer (a neighbor told me that was the procedure). I had to call customer service today to let them know I had dropped the trailer and only after my call was the ticket closed. I was worried something could have happened since nobody took the time to call me back during the whole day.
