Very dangerous area, the customer representative weren’t helpful with the process of the mobile rental service. Failed to assist us and answer questions. The car was very worn with hole on the seats and as well the keychain with key kept coming off.
Sonia GThey barely spoke English, they took forever with the check even though we check in online. Then they had us check-in in person. We requested dollies and they said they didn’t have any, so we rented some at another uhaul location and there was one in the back of the truck already. So we wasted time and money. They gave us the uhaul with no gas in it and we had to fill it up and they charged us a gas fee. Terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone
