The location was excellent and convenient, however someone needs to check the fuel gauge, I drove 32 Miles total but had to use $20 gas to get back to the outgoing fuel reading. That’s 4.7 Miles per gallon

There was no one to return the truck to when we got back to the location at the agreed upon time of 2 p.m., which was well before closing time. We had no instruction on what to do if no one was there when we returned. We were concerned because the location is in a somewhat unsafe neighborhood and we didn't know exactly where to leave the van.

I ordered mattress pads for 5 dollars and did not receive any in the Uhaul. When I went to drop the Uhaul back off, no one was available to help me so I would not be charged the 5 dollars for the mattress pads I did not receive.

It looked like an old, dirty warehouse. They didn't have a store like they do at other locations. Also, they ran out of supplies...I needed to rent more furniture pads; I went back and within an hour, they ran out.

Location is in a very run-down area of Baltimore. Would not recommend to those not familiar with the city. Also, I had to do all the paperwork over the phone because the computers were down.

UHaul should inform customers when they give an estimated time for rental is not a reason to double rent the truck. When I did not meet the time they charged me another day. I will not make that mistake again and will always get 24 hours. Shame on UHaul
