After many days of making the reservation, I received a call the afternoon before, telling me it wasn't possible "one way," that I had to return the truck, and they changed the pickup location to one farther from my house. Why would the U-Haul website offer online services that they then deny, just hours beforehand, with no time to opt out of another company? The truck was disgusting, the cab covered in mud, spilled soda on the dashboard, dog hair, and I had to sweep up trash in the back cargo area. I had to return the truck to Miami and ended up paying more than I expected. Terrible.
