They are hard to locate and there aren’t any signs to help show you where to go to pick up your uhaul. Signage needs some work. It’s all supposed to be done on the AP but it wasn’t working when we arrived. We needed to find someone to help and that was hard to do. They were very friendly just hard to locate

Darlene WI found out the day before my move that they did not have the 20’ truck I’d reserved a month earlier. I specifically chose the 27th Ave location b.c I could walk there from my apt so I accepted a 15’ truck, but it caused a lot of problems for me that I could have resolved if I’d know at the time of booking.
