I rented this 26 Foot Truck for a long distance move. When I picked up the truck I explained to the representative that I would be moving approximately 2,000 miles away and asked if the truck had maintenance done from top to bottom (I questioned the Representative several times if the tires had been checked. The representative assured me as we did the walk through of the truck, that maintenance had been done and the truck was good to go. I was on the road for 1 hour in a half on I-75, when the two back side right tires blowout. I was stuck on I-75 with my elderly mother from approximately 10:00am till midnight. The tire could not be changed out, since the truck was sitting on a two lane highway on the left hand side on the medium. The first tow truck sent out, the tow truck driver said he feared if he tried lifting the truck to change the tires, the truck would flip over and left. Finally around 11:20pm another tow truck company with two tow trucks came and was able to get the truck out of I-75 highway left hand side medium to have both tires replaced. No taxi, uber, or lyft could pick us up in the highway. A state trooper who was on duty was kind and nice enough to take us to the nearest hotel. This issue caused a huge inconvenience and delay in the move. I would not recommend for anyone to rent a truck from this establishment for a cross country move. The Customer Service during this whole ordeal was awful, both from Uhaul and the establishment renting the truck out.

Jonny RThis is not a complaint for the location but several weeks ago I reserved a 20-ft truck that was to be picked up a few blocks from my house I got to call the night before saying that that truck wasn't available at that location so I had to drive through rush hour traffic to get a truck. When the operator called she said that the reservation is is not a confirmation it's just a preference which is insane this put me a few hours behind and all of my move thank you
