This is not a complaint for the location but several weeks ago I reserved a 20-ft truck that was to be picked up a few blocks from my house I got to call the night before saying that that truck wasn't available at that location so I had to drive through rush hour traffic to get a truck. When the operator called she said that the reservation is is not a confirmation it's just a preference which is insane this put me a few hours behind and all of my move thank you
