Well I have problems with the roof of the truck because it was leaking a lot , my boxes are wet some of my stuff has been damaged is my first time something like this happened to me I have videos and pictures

You’re company changed to this location last minute and i was already at the first location cuaseing me to add more miles and then you charged me $18 for your mistake. Also i missed my 2:45 brightline home and had to take the 4:45. Also, the truck windshield wiper’s did not work and was asked to get a fuse to try and fix it myself. I want my money refunded.

I reserved a truck two weeks in advance, only to find out on the day of pickup that there was no truck available for my reservation. After being sent to three different locations, I finally found a truck—but it was significantly smaller than the one I had reserved and was in very poor condition. I called customer service multiple times, and no one was able to provide a logical explanation for how such a major mistake could happen. Because of the delay, I was charged extra by the moving company that was waiting for me while I spent hours trying to find a truck. A reservation should guarantee that the equipment you reserved will actually be available. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and additional expenses. I cannot recommend this company based on how my reservation was handled.
