This is by far the worst store in U-Haul brand, it is a total scam. Beginning by the people who claims to work there, rude, not attentive, terrible terrible attitude. I rented a van for 24hrs, returned in 23hrs but the charges are out of mind. The store is closed on Saturday so they requested I dropped the keys as regular MO for U-Haul, did all that but now I am charged for all kinds of things that were not in the initial agreement like $75 SAVE MOVE" NEVER REQYESTED OR CLEAR BY ME) been calling the store for 1 week, they hang up, they rude when answer, no call back, NO REFUND OR EXPLINATIONS AT ALL. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AT ALL. AVOID THIS LOCATION
Mele MOwner charged me for 2 gallons of gas after having used the van only for 4 miles, it was a quick move. He told me that it was not his decision, but that U-Hall's system immediately charged that amount. In addition he told me that the gas money was collected by UHall, not by him, which does not seem to be the case. Bad experience, very dirty location.
