The UHAUL have an unnoticed air tag in the back of the truck. My IPAD picked it up. I was over charged for the vehicle, gas and miles. I stated I didn’t want the $15 charge for the environmental fee/insurance and I didn’t want to upgrade my $20 truck to the next size. When I returned the vehicle they messed up my receipt and overcharged for gas, miles and unwanted insurance. I had to return to the facility more than twice today to make sure I was getting my refund back and he stated I won’t get the $15 charge even though I disagreed with it from the beginning when ordering the UHAUL. Wouldn’t recommend.
