First impression and first service was great, very nice owner, however I completely dysliked 1. not to be able to return the car on with uhaul agreed return day, Sunday, 02.22.2026 and 2. being charged for parking outsides and to be charged for an extra not agreed day..This was a shock to get this inform information and I will never again rent Uhaul in this location or i will if you change this issue and return me my money for the extar day and for the patrking outsides. To have drop off box for keys for 24/7 drop off option would resolve this issue. VERY SAD.
HANS WEric was a very gracious and accommodating owner of the facility. He was patient and quite helpful. He helped get a second reservation transferred to his location which was more convenient for us. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing Uhaul services.
