Terrible experience. The office was closed at pickup and I waited two hours for service. I was told I could return the trailer with no extra charge, yet I was billed $89 and the return was never processed. No answers to calls or messages. Completely unreliable and feels like a scam.
Osley PThe location is tricky getting in and out of, but the guy that runs it is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location based on this guy.
Robert DIt’s not really a modern uhaul center, just an equipment storage lot. But, nice and helpful guy in the lot. He communicated well and had my equipment ready for me.
SPENCER DThe guy who checked me in was really friendly and made the check in process very easy. The lady that checked me out once I returned the U-Haul was really nice. She was very informative and very attentive. She assured me multiple times that she would be right with me as she was assisting another customer. Although I don’t remember their names, kudos to the whole team for being very professional and providing great customer service leaving a great first impression and positive customer experience.
