Both of the ladies were absolutely wonderful and the process was very smooth and easy. However I do think U-Haul has a faulty gas gauge. I have pictures and video of when I received and drop off the cargo vans it should not take $30 dollars to get the gas garage from 1/2 a tank which displayed 260 miles to E when I received the van with 249 miles to E.
