Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am formally disputing multiple incorrect and duplicated charges on my rental (Contract #21382407). After reviewing my contract and final receipt, I identified clear billing errors: Safe Move coverage was doubled ($25 → $50) Rental charge was doubled ($19.95 → $39.90) Appliance dolly was incorrectly charged twice ($10 → $20) Furniture dolly was also incorrectly charged twice ($7 → $14) To be clear, dolly rentals are flat fees and not time-based charges. I only rented one of each, and both were duplicated on the final bill. Additionally: 5. A $20 After Hours Service Fee was added without proper disclosure or authorization My estimated total was $84.19, yet I was charged $161.29. These discrepancies represent a clear overcharge of $81.95. I am requesting: Immediate correction of the invoice A full refund of the overcharged amount ($81.95) A detailed explanation of how these billing errors occurred If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a formal dispute through my bank. I have attached both the contract and receipt as evidence. Sincerely, I NEVER RECEIVE AN ANSWER, I NEED AN EXPLANATION AND MY MONEY BACK.

VICTORIA MThe truck was very dirty . I had in my contract a dolly and I thought the person had put it in the truck but when I went home noticed it was not in the truck. I had to drive back to the location to get the dolly. So I had to waist a 39 minutes time.
