girl at the checkin didn't know about any procedures, was chatting with ChatGPT about next steps, charged me additional unnecessary fees, she didn't speak English. It took us 2 hours to pick up the car, despite that I did mobile checkin before. Car was clean and fresh. Drop off was good.
