FRANTZ DThe truck as filthy I was charged for two days when the truck was returned it the next morning. They charges me the incorrect mileage and charged me for gas even though they gave it to me with less gas than I returned it with. This location needs to be investigated. It is very unfair to the consumer and makes U-Haul look bad. Do not book at this location. I asked the guy for instructions and informed to him that I would be dropping off in the morning. He told me to leave the key in the drop box and he would take care of everything else. Now I understand what he meant. He took advantage of me. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
