I made a reservation to pick up at 11:30 AM and have the truck for 6 hours. I arrived around 12:00-12:30 AM and the employee or owner that I dealt with gave me so much shit for showing up late. He cancelled my reservation and made me do it again, then continued to berate me as if I was in the wrong. He was extremely rude and could not give a flying fuck if this truck was rented out. PLUS THE TRUCK IS NOT KEPT ONSITE. THE TRUCK WAS IN A DIFFERENT LOT TWO BLOCKS AWAY. When I dropped off the truck the same employee/owner did not even look in my direction when I asked him about turning in the keys. I am pretty sure this store front is involved in money laundering or illegal business. It's called Florida Cellular, but they only had five phones and the whole shop was full of imported hair products. The employees wearing the shirts did not acknowledge themselves as employees. Everyone who came in and out of the shop did not purchase a single thing. They would talk about deliveries in French and quickly leave. Suspicious and rude.

W don’t know how to solve it but need better way or direction to find key location and how to acquire keys. Pictures in app did not work and delayed and frustrating

Leonardo MWaiting so long when I did the reservation online… then they changed the reservation adding additional cost that we decided to not added… after return the truck you will have the opportunity to check the invoice…. They added additional cost that we never required, We complained to then but they said that the transaction was finished… I’m not recommended this place!!!!
DAMIAN RI feel like I was screwed over I only drove 8 miles I returned the truck and tried to do it through the app and it kept telling me the mileage was wrong I returned the key to the lady to tell her she took the key and said I’ll get an email my card get charged over $100 saying I drove 63 miles I only had the truck for 1 hour
