Anthony OThe truck I was assigned smelled of smoke. Butts were on the floor. Previous person used cupholder as ashtray. Tank was not full when I got it. Radio did not work; volume was stuck at one level and was unable to change station. Screen was black. Did the truck do what I "needed" it to do, yes. Am I aware that this is publicly used, yes. Would I rent again, probably. Would I go someplace else, TBD
