Rented the truck and it did not have the ramp attached. It was extremely difficult to load large items. There was also miss communication between the employees, so drop off was way more than what it needed to be. Never again.

I was hit with a "missing/damage charge" with no explanation. The windshield of the truck was absolutely disgusting when we picked it up and had no way to clean it while using the truck, the windshield washer fluid did not clean the windshield properly.
