Going to where trucks are parked to do phone check in then have to cross back over to actual business location to get key is a hassle due to having to go around the block then cross in heavy traffic

ANDREW CWe had a hard time with drop-off. the U-Haul system doesn't seem to know when a lot is full. We went to a location that was full and then was redirected to the above location. The office was closed so we had no interaction with anyone so the above question is N/A. The lot entrance was tight to get in but all went well.
