As nice as the guy was who helped me, the location was a little eye opening. Cars all over the place that were either for sale or being worked on, piles of tires everywhere, etc.

RICHAR II had made an online booking for 430 pm well before closing time of 5pm. The agent had left at 420 pm and only through the LED proprietor was I able to complete the sign out process. Very poor of the agent to leave before customer arrival.
