I did not request the CDW coverage on my reservation, I specficially declined it. This seems to just be a uhaul thing, not directly your location. Its what happens on every single online reservation Ive made for a long time.

Have the gas full. Make sure the van is ready to rent. Spent almost 2 hrs waiting for pick up because uhaul had the van tagged not available. Great job on behalf of the location manager. He worked really hard to get this van released and to get me on my way.
