The uhaul app is trash and needs a rework. I spent years, decades, centuries trying to pick up the truck. Got locked out had to call Other than that it was smooth.
DYLAN MThe whole thing was a nightmare. Reserved a truck in a town 30 minutes away from me to get there and find out it didn't go through. Then reserved another truck about 25 min from there and I called to make sure and no,no trucks available at that location!!! Then found another truck 45 minutes away from there and it took us over an hour at that location on the phone with uhual to actually get the key. Total Nightmare!!!!
