The check in experience is difficult and very time consuming. Having to take pictures and verify condition etc. Also rear door hard to open cable broken.

Truck didn't have dolly that I rented I had to wait an 1 1/2 for another u haul to open then drive there and pick it up

Place was closed had to do a check in on line and was supposed to get a certificate for a month free storage but they were not there
